| About | I love all types of music and I have a passion for entrepreneurship. I studied computer science at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated in May 2006. I grew up in Zimbabwe and traveled a bit around Africa during my childhood.
One of my main goals has become to provide musicians with a good way to make a career for themselves. I am very aware of how difficult it is for musicians to sustain themselves in the major industry, and I sometimes it is due to how unfairly they get treated. This doesn’t sit well with me because I strongly believe that music plays a major role in all our lives and since musicians provide us with the music they should all be treated fairly. This is why I am excited about www.philafunk.com. Developing the site has been a great opportunity to fulfill my goal by providing musicians with a useful service. It is also refreshing because I am putting the computer science skills that I learned during my undergraduate education to good use. I hope that you guys all enjoy this service! |

Wishing you all the very best...
I recently found out that I'm one of 10 finalists from the music contest on here that is eligible to win $1000 at the end of the month. In order for me to win, I must have the highest amount of votes by members, album sales and overall activity on my profile.
