| About | On the 24th day of June in the year of 1983. The World would change As we knew it. A soldier had come. Larry Bryant b.k.a. Lbizzo would bless the city of Tampa Bay in a way never expected. Raised on the Southside streets of St.Petersburg, Fl. Lbizzo took on the mentality of a soldier in his mothers womb. His Mother would enlist in the Army, Leaving him with his Grandmother who raised him for most of his childhood years. Instead of hanging out with the local troublemakers or running the streets with his friends. He would stay inside the house and Watch Music Legends like Michael Jackson and listen to Rap Greats such as Snoop Dog and Tupac Shakur. One of his first Passions was Drawing. Until one day at a Saturday School he realized that he could paint pictures with words. Around the age of 11 he began writing everyday on anything that he could get his hands on. Whatever he felt and whenever he felt it. Throughout his life he knew that he wanted to be able to express himself. He never knew that he would influence the streets and speak directly to the hearts and minds of todays hip hop generation. During his middle and high school years, he began to experiment with a life of crime and drugs, which didnt last long after a series of roadblocks and encounters with the law that would open his eyes up and help him to find his true purpose in life . With his Junior underground Album, Dime tracks of Potey , bizzo gives us "10 tracks of Power" . His First Single off the album "Ostrich" is taking the world by storm and is guaranteed to be a club classic. He has joined forces with his cousin "Money Marc" and his own sister "Mesha" to introduce the group certified which was founded in 2002. In an era with so many aspiring Rappers , Bizzo's up close and personal approach to music distinguishes him from the crowd. He has been described as The Jay-z of the south. And his album Dime Tracks of Potey bonifies his reputation as a "blast from the past" thats still "ahead of his time."
