| Press | MELLOW BLEND often draws on various musical traditions, including funk, progressive bluegrass, blues, rock and progressive rock, folk music, world music and jazz.
Our music sometimes improvises around the chord progressions of pre-composed songs, incorporating variations on recognizable themes, riffs and rhythms, while allowing for unexpected detours of unpredictable duration. This is arguably a progression of music. Sometimes we perform this type of jamming, heading into completely uncharted territory. We also engage in free improvisation, in effect spontaneously composing music that has never been heard before by the audiences or by the band for that matter. As for the music dispalyed on this site, All content is LIVE unless otherwise specified. Multiple versions of the song may appear, this is a display of the everchanging formation of the song. As the DATE of the album gets further into the future, you will see a better, crisper, and ultimately superior version of the song!!!!
